Keith J. Steidle – Managing Member
QKA, CRPS, REBC, CHFC
Keith Steidle is the Managing Member of Steidle Pension Solutions, LLC and acts as the hands-on Managing Director for the firm. As a lifelong benefits advisor, Keith understands the challenges small business owners face running a successful business, while simultaneously trying to navigate the complexities of selecting, implementing and managing benefit arrangements like qualified retirement plans.
Since 1991, Keith concentrated on the retirement plan workplace with the vision of providing simplified and cost efficient plan administration solutions to better serve the retirement planning needs of both business owners and the employees who contribute to the success of their enterprise. Today, the firm serves over 1,500 plan sponsors and participants.
Keith is passionate about providing a high level of customer service with a personal touch and delivering results by following through on the commitments the firm makes to all its clients. He holds a Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist (CRPS) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designation and is also a Registered Employee Benefits Consultant (REBC). Keith also has earned the prestigious Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) credential from the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries.
Keith is a graduate of Villanova University with a degree in Economics and Sociology and is a resident of New Jersey where he has lived with his wife and son since 2007. In his spare time, golf is his passion, and while he doesn’t anticipate “making the tour” anytime soon, he volunteers as a rules official for the Metropolitan Golf Association Regional Tournaments.
Valerie Sinicrope, QKA, Supervising Plan Administrator
Valerie Sinicrope provides guidance and support to our SPS staff. Valerie assists with all facets of 401k and Profit Sharing Plan Administration and provides support for SPS Defined Benefit Plan Sponsors. Valerie assists Plan Sponsors with Plan design questions, and is able to provide guidance on contribution formulas that provide for the most favorable allocation to business owners. She enjoys getting to know our Plan Sponsor clients and is meticulous in understanding each Plan’s unique features during the installation or on-boarding process. Valerie has earned the Qualified 401(k) Administrator designation through ASPPA and is in the process of earning the QPA designation through ASPPA.
Valerie Lives in Easton with her daughters and 2 dogs. She enjoys golfing and coaching her daughter's softball team.
Kaitlin Smith, Senior Plan Administrator
As a Senior Plan Administrator, Kaitlin is responsible for completion of annual compliance testing, valuation reports, and government forms. This includes determining if mandatory contribution and funding amounts have been satisfied. Kaitlin calculates projected and final contribution scenarios utilizing applicable contribution allocation methods. On a day to day basis, she communicates with Plan Sponsors and participants on distributions, loans, and other service requests.
Kaitlin monitors Plan level changes and may recommend updates to Plan Documents and features to suit client needs. Kaitlin recommends and implements procedural updates to facilitate simplified client experiences.
In addition to Kaitlin’s work with 401(k) and Profit Sharing Plans, she is also responsible for the administration of Defined Benefit and Cash Balance Plans. Kaitlin focuses on designing Cash Balance Plans that provide increased retirement benefits and tax savings for business owners. Kaitlin consults with Plan Sponsors to explain in easy-to-understand terms the rules and regulations pertaining to their Plans.
Kaitlin is a graduate of Rutgers University with a degree in Accounting. She holds a certificate in Retirement Plan Fundamentals by the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA) and is currently pursuing the Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) credential.
In her spare time, Kaitlin enjoys going on adventures with her daughter, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. Kaitlin is always searching for something new to learn, and is excited to start golfing in the spring.
Deborah Smale, Senior Plan Administrator
Deborah provides full service 401K and Profit Sharing Plan administration for SPS sponsor clients. Contribution processing, loans, distributions and other participant services are an important part of Deborah's day-to-day responsibilities. Onboarding and Plan Administration Services are a focus of Deborah's as she diligently assists Plan Sponsors new to SPS services.
Deborah has over 20 years of 401(k) and Profit Sharing Plan administration experience and has earned the Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) designation from The American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA).
Deborah has earned a Bachelor of Science degree from East Stroudsburg University.
Deborah lives in the Pocono Mountains in Pennsylvania with her husband and four dogs. She enjoys baking, cake decorating, gardening and spending time in the summer at the Outer Banks, NC with her family, including all four fur babies.
Donna Doriety, Business Development Consultant
Donna specializes in the early stages of the SPS Onboarding process. She enjoys introducing advisors and Plan Sponsors to SPS and our services. Donna organizes SPS outreach and marketing seminars and expos across the nation.
Donna has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, Public Relations from William Paterson University.
Donna has recently moved to Flanders, NJ with her fiancé, Jet and her chihuahua-yorkie, Diesel. In her free time, Donna enjoys socializing, exercising and spending time with her family and close friends.
Lai Yu, QKA, Plan Administrator
Lai provides full service retirement Plan Administration for SPS clients. Lai holds a BBA degree from Baruch College. Since 1995, she has been employed in the Retirement Plan industry and is committed to delivering the highest level of customer service to SPS Plan Sponsors and participants. Lai has earned the Qualified 401(k) Administrator designation through ASPPA. Lai works with Tax Advisors and CPAs with preparing Audit Reports for larger Plans.
Lai lives with her husband in Old Bridge. She enjoys cooking for friends and family, exercising and taking care of her garden in her spare time.
Rebecca Salvatore, Associate Administrator
Rebecca focuses on contribution processing, loans and partipant distributions in addition to providing administration services for Plan Sponsors.
Rebecca enjoys rooting on Mountaineer football, spending time outdoors hiking in Hunterdon County, and being in the company of her family and friends.
She also finds time to volunteer at her local animal shelter when she is not traveling the East Coast visiting friends.
Consiglia Erdenberger, Associate Administrator
At Steidle Pension Solutions, Consiglia focuses on assisting with the daily plan administration process and onboarding of new plans. She provides support to the Plan Administrators by entering census and other data essential to preparing annual plan valuations.
With over 15 years of experience in 401k administration and a BA in Economics from Rutgers University, Consiglia brings a wealth of knowledge to SPS and its Plan Sponsor clients.
Consiglia resides in Chester, NJ with her husband, Mike, and is the proud mother of three young gentlemen. With a love for performing, Consiglia has been a member of The Choral Group, Coro Lirico, of Morristown, NJ for over ten years.
When Consiglia is not busy entertaining, she enjoys spending her downtime hiking along the many scenic trails of Morris County.
Michelle Librojo, Associate Administrator
At Steidle Pension Solutions, Michelle concentrates on annual administration, client services and helping with recruitment & outreach processes. Michelle assists Plan sponsors and participates with contribution processing, loans and distributions.
She had a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Rutgers University.
Michelle loves spending time with her family, boyfriend, and close friends. There is always something exciting in the Librojo household with the newest addition to the family -- an enthusiastic Golden Doodle puppy, named Roman. In her spare time she enjoys snowboarding, playing the piano and watching movies. Michelle always aspires to experience new things and hopes to travel more often, with Australia being at the top of the list.
Erren McInerney, Associate Administrator
As an Associate Administrator, Erren is always ready to provide the best service to our Plan Sponsor Clients. Annual Administration, along with processing loans and distributions, are part of her day to day activities. She also assists with new business and proposals for SPS clients.
Erren is a native of Hunterdon County and currently resides in Lebanon Township with her boyfriend. They share their home with two rescued coonhounds and a cat who is convinced he is also a dog. Erren enjoys spending time out on the lake in the summer at her families' cottage in Ontario, Canada, and skiing the Vermont slopes in the winter.
Nicole Siessal, Associate Administrator
With a knack for numbers and an attention to detail, Nicole brings a high level of enthusiasm to Steidle Pension Solutions, LLC. Nicole assists Plan Sponsors with gathering and organizing census and other data essential to Plan Administration. She is always available to provide high customer service for our Plan Sponsors and Participants. Nicole believes in good ole’ fashioned customer service, so she will always do her best to provide SPS clients with any answers and assistance they might need.
As a proud wife and "puppy mommy", Nicole enjoys cooking and spending time with her family, Basenji and Black Lab in the outdoors. Although she has only cooked for family and friends, she has high hopes that the Food Network will one day offer her her very own cooking show. Some of Nicole's other bucket list items include writing a novel, starting a dog sanctuary, and raising a child.
Nicole is happy to announce that she and her husband are expecting their first child, a baby girl. From what they are understanding, it is a human and not a puppy...
Lora Dinunzi, New Business & Recruiting Coordinator
Lora is dedicated to working with Plan Sponsor participants who are interested in learning more about SPS services as well as overseeing the recruitment process, adding to the experienced and friendly SPS team. With the staff at SPS being so knowledgeable and friendly, Lora enjoys building long-term relationships with colleagues and clients.
Lora has several years of experience marketing in the financial field and began her Marketing career at SPS in 2009. She is passionate about her work and helping others. Lora is excited to currently be involved in many projects that will accelerate the company's already-successful growth plan.
She lives with her husband in South Plainfield, where they just purchased a house they are excited to renovate. Soon, the couple hopes to provide a happy, loving environment to dogs in need of a forever home. Lora regularly collects toys, food, blankets, etc. and donates the items to local animal shelters. She enjoys traveling, biking, going to the beack in the summer, and skiing in the winter. At the top of Lora's bucket list is seeing the Northern Lights in person one day.
