Keith Steidle is the Managing Member of Steidle Pension Solutions, LLC and acts as the hands-on Managing Director for the firm. As a lifelong benefits advisor, Keith understands the challenges small business owners face running a successful business, while simultaneously trying to navigate the complexities of selecting, implementing and managing benefit arrangements like qualified retirement plans.

Since 1991, Keith concentrated on the retirement plan workplace with the vision of providing simplified and cost efficient plan administration solutions to better serve the retirement planning needs of both business owners and the employees who contribute to the success of their enterprise. Today, the firm serves over 1,500 plan sponsors and participants.

Keith is passionate about providing a high level of customer service with a personal touch and delivering results by following through on the commitments the firm makes to all its clients. He holds a Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist (CRPS) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designation and is also a Registered Employee Benefits Consultant (REBC).  Keith also has earned the prestigious Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) credential from the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries.

Keith is a graduate of Villanova University with a degree in Economics and Sociology and is a resident of New Jersey where he has lived with his wife and son since 2007. In his spare time, golf is his passion, and while he doesn’t anticipate “making the tour” anytime soon, he volunteers as a rules official for the Metropolitan Golf Association Regional Tournaments.

 


Val newValerie Sinicrope, QPA, QKA, Executive Pension Administrator

Valerie Sinicrope assists with all facets of 401k and Profit Sharing Plan Administration and provides support for SPS Defined Benefit Plan Sponsors. Valerie coordinates plan design, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing administration of various types of employee benefit plans, including 401k, Profit Sharing and qualified Defined Benefit plans.

Valerie assists Plan Sponsors with Plan design questions and is able to provide guidance and recommendations on contribution formulas that provide for the most favorable allocation to business owners. She enjoys getting to know our Plan Sponsor clients and is meticulous in understanding each Plan’s unique features during the installation or on-boarding process. She works with both CPA’s and advisors to ensure that all aspects of the Plan administration are being completed accurately and that all deadlines are being met.

Valerie conducts annual compliance reviews for Plans to ensure that the Plan is operating in accordance with the Plan document. The annual reviews include, but are not limited to reconciling contributions, participant determinations, and monitoring loan repayments in accordance with IRS rules. If any action is necessary, she will work directly with the Plan Sponsor on the steps needed to address the situation.  

In addition to Valerie’s administration duties she also provides guidance and support to our SPS staff. She works with new hires and current staff to ensure that they become comfortable in their position with the company and follow and abide by the company’s policies and procedures.

She has earned the Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) and Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) credentials sponsored by the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA).

Valerie Lives in Easton with her daughters and 2 dogs. In her free time she enjoys golf and traveling with her 2 daughters.

 


KaitlinKaitlin Smith, QPA, QKA, Senior Plan Administrator

As a Senior Plan Administrator, Kaitlin is responsible for completion of annual compliance testing, valuation reports, and government forms. This includes determining if mandatory contribution and funding amounts have been satisfied. Kaitlin calculates projected and final contribution scenarios utilizing applicable contribution allocation methods. On a day to day basis, she communicates with Plan Sponsors and participants on distributions, loans, and other service requests. 

Kaitlin monitors Plan level changes and may recommend updates to Plan Documents and features to suit  client needs. Kaitlin recommends and implements procedural updates to facilitate simplified client experiences.

In addition to Kaitlin’s work with 401(k) and Profit Sharing Plans, she is also responsible for the administration of Defined Benefit and Cash Balance Plans. Kaitlin focuses on designing Cash Balance Plans that provide increased retirement benefits and tax savings for business owners. Kaitlin consults with Plan Sponsors to explain in easy-to-understand terms the rules and regulations pertaining to their Plans.

Kaitlin is a graduate of Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. She has earned the Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) and Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) credentials sponsored by the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA).

In her spare time, Kaitlin enjoys going on adventures with her daughter, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. Kaitlin is always searching for something new to learn, and is enthused about her blossoming golf game.


 georgeGeorge Kanakis, Plan Administrator

As a Plan Administrator, George ensures that Plan Sponsor clients of SPS receive top-notch service and timely replies to inquiries and service requests. George prepares Plan Valuations, conducts compliance tests and helps keep Plan Documents up to date.

George has a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial  Science from the University of Delaware.

George was born and raised in Bergen County, NJ. In his free time, he enjoys playing sports such as volleyball and basketball. George hopes to one day own a pet hedgehog

 


 Dylan     Dylan Cruz, Associate Administrator

Dylan’s focus as an SPS Associate Administrator is annual administration, Form 5500 and Plan Document services for our Plan Sponsor clients. Dylan is happy to assist Plan Sponsors with the enrollment of new participants and also provides transition services for new clients as they on-board to our firm.

Dylan has his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Finance from West Chester University.

Dylan enjoys playing sports with his friends, traveling to new places and spending time with his loved ones. He is always striving to achieve new goals and learn something new. He looks forward to achieving his first hole-in-one in golf.

 


LeahLeah Steidle, Accounts Payable and Receivable

Leah works closely with SPS vendors and other affiliates related to payments to and from our firm. Leah also handles bookkeeping and account reconciliation for SPS.

Leah earned her Bachelor's degree in Economics from Rutgers University.

 


KristenKristen Hinners, Operations Manager

As the Operations Associate, Kristen helps Plan participants with their service requests. Participants who need assistance with Plan enrollment, loans and distributions can contact Kristen for prompt attention. Kristen also provides support to all SPS Plan Administrators.

Kristen earned her Bachelor of Arts from Rowan University in Glassboro, New Jersey.

Kristen lives in Warren County, NJ and enjoys spending time outdoors with friends and family.  Some of her interests include photography, board games and hiking.

 


 LaurenLauren Frisoli, Retirement Plan Assistant

As a Retirement Plan Assistant, Lauren assists Plan Sponsor clients with the administration of their qualified retirement plans.  Lauren helps with the completion of Annual Questionnaires and works with business owners to streamline the census gathering process.  Whether it’s processing a distribution request or an enrollment form, Lauren is always available to help participants as well.

Lauren is an artist in her spare time.  She enjoys completing large scale acrylic paintings and keeps calligraphy markers in her purse.

  


LizElizabeth Barter, Retirement Plan Assistant

Liz’s focus is developing solutions to address the needs of Plans Sponsors. 
This includes answering Plan Sponsors questions and assisting with distributions, loans, and other service requests.  Liz strives to provide the highest level of service to allow our Plan Sponsors to maintain their Plans in compliance with retirement Plan rules and regulations.

Liz enjoys baking, reading, and hiking.  She spends a majority of her free time babying her cat, dogs and ever-growing collection of plants.  She's currently learning to play guitar. 
 


BrianBrian Quinones, Retirement Plan Assistant

As a Plan Assistant Brian spends time to understand Plan Sponsor clients’ needs and works with Plan Administrators to assist with the management of qualified retirement plans.  Brian helps to make changes to plans and assist with report preparation and document management. 

Brian earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

In his free time, Brian enjoys playing videogames and baking. He appreciates spending time with his friends and family, and loves to learn about other countries and cultures. Currently, he is trying to become fluent in Spanish.

 


MeredithMeredith Maher, Retirement Plan Assistant

Meredith offers clients a full range of services.  She has the knowledge required to research your requests and assist Plan Administrators with annual administration, Form 5500 and Plan Document services.  

In her spare time, Meredith loves to read, watch and play sports.  She enjoys spending time with family and friends, and traveling to experience new cultures. She has a great appreciation for animals and hopes to adopt a dog soon.
