The SPS approach begins with learning about each client’s goals, challenges and restraints. We gather documents about a current plan’s operation or ask questions that will help design the best plan for an employer.
Next, an SPS administrator will analyze the data and prepare client centric recommendations about any, or all, aspects of a plan. We will then schedule a consultation call to review any recommendations, answer questions, and to discuss the steps to implement your plan.
SPS matches you with one of our dedicated administrators who, over time, will get to thoroughly know your plan. Clients have a senior level administrator supervising their plan services as an additional point of contact. This gives SPS clients an actual point of contact who can answer questions rather than, as with other TPAs, someone who merely chases down answers from departments who may not speak directly with clients.
